Digital Delivery Policy

UnitDime provides digital educational services. Unless a separate offer expressly says otherwise, there is no physical product to ship and no physical delivery charge.

1. Individual digital access

When a paid individual plan is available, access is normally activated electronically after successful payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes. The user may need to sign in with the same UnitDime account used or identified during purchase.

2. School and institution delivery

School services may require account creation, roster setup, teacher/admin configuration, syllabus assignment or an agreed launch date. The applicable quotation, order form, pilot terms or services agreement will state the expected onboarding or service-start schedule.

3. Delivery problems

If payment succeeds but expected access is not available, contact unitdime@gmail.com with the account email and transaction/order reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment-instrument credentials.

4. No physical shipping

References by a payment provider to a “shipping policy” should be understood, for UnitDime's ordinary services, as this Digital Delivery Policy. UnitDime does not physically ship access to its website, tests, analytics or school software services.

5. Service availability

Digital delivery means provision of account or institutional access; it does not guarantee that an internet service will be completely uninterrupted. Planned maintenance, security work, internet failures and events outside UnitDime's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
