Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of UnitDime, including our website, practice tools, question bank, mock tests, performance analytics, school-connected services and other digital educational features. By creating an account, purchasing a service or using UnitDime, you agree to these Terms.

1. About UnitDime

UnitDime is operated as a sole proprietorship by Ahsan Siraj Khan, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, India. UnitDime provides educational technology, assessment, practice and related software services.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared in a manner that bypasses applicable subscription, school or security rules. Where law requires permission or consent for a younger user's use of UnitDime, the service must be used only with the required permission or consent.

3. School and institution accounts

Schools may create, administer or connect accounts for students, teachers and administrators. Institution-authorised users may access educational information and controls appropriate to their roles. A signed school agreement or order form may contain additional terms. For that institutional service, the signed agreement prevails to the extent of an inconsistency with these general Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• access another person's account or data without authorisation;
• attempt to bypass security, permissions, test integrity or access controls;
• introduce malicious code or deliberately disrupt the platform;
• scrape, copy, republish, resell or systematically extract restricted platform content without permission;
• use UnitDime for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity; or
• misrepresent affiliation with UnitDime or any examination authority.

5. Educational content and examination disclaimer

UnitDime is an independent educational technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by an examination authority, educational board, university or government agency. Scores, analytics, rankings, estimates and study insights are for preparation support and do not guarantee any examination result, rank, admission or academic outcome.

6. Intellectual property and contributed content

UnitDime software, interfaces, original content, branding and other protected material remain the property of their respective rights holders. Schools and contributors retain rights they lawfully own in their original content while granting UnitDime the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process and deliver such content as part of the agreed service. Access does not grant a right to reproduce or commercially redistribute content.

7. Paid services, pricing and consent

Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing period, material plan features and applicable taxes or charges will be displayed or communicated before payment. UnitDime will not treat silence, inactivity or a pre-selected choice as consent to purchase. Payment processing may be provided by regulated third-party payment providers.

8. Digital delivery

UnitDime is a digital service; no physical shipping is involved unless expressly stated for a separate product. Access and institutional onboarding are described in the Digital Delivery Policy.

9. Availability and changes

UnitDime may improve, modify, add or retire features as the platform develops. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. For a paid service materially affected by a change, UnitDime will act reasonably and in accordance with the applicable plan, agreement and law.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, schools, platform security, assessment integrity or legal rights, or to address a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, UnitDime may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Privacy

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UnitDime is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from the use of educational estimates, analytics or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory forum available by law, disputes concerning UnitDime are subject to the competent courts and authorities having jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as UnitDime develops or legal and operational requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its effective date.
